Saviors, the Multipurpose Humanoid Fighting Machines, are 40 meters tall robotic beings created as mankinds ultimate weapon against the Angels. In order to defeat the attack from the Angels, The Savior Underground has consumed large funds from various private companies to do all kinds of research to create the Savior Prototype during the last 14 years. The Saviors function through a Cerebral Nerve link with their pilots, much like an EVA. This is located in the red "core" of the Savior, which has been created for the robot specially so that it may generate an A.T. field. The Savior is run on a portable nuclear engine which is located on its back.
