Hold your hand up high, yell out "Destructo Disc! Engage!" then form yellow energy into the palm of your hand thats lifted up high. A Disc will soon form into your hand, start to spin the lifted hand holding the Disc.
Throw it at your opponent and it will spin like a frisbe.
